The Gravel Pit Lake is an old gravel pit of 4 hectares (10 acres) which was excavated in the 1970s. This gravel pit is dedicated to carp fishing and has a very interesting stock: two to three generations of carp swim in this peaceful water with an average weight of 15/16 kg (35lbs) and subjects exceeding 27 kg (60lbs) whose rapid growth predicts large specimens to come.
You can fishing by the week: by booking one swim, or two or reserve the entire lake.
The fishing rules are very strict and regulated in order to preserve the health of the stock. Any angler who wants to come and fish at Gravel Pit Lake will have to respect them.
In the interests of the quality and protection of the carp stock, only Union Jack Baits fresh boilies are allowed. Ready-to-use boilies purchased in fishing shops are not allowed.
The boats provided are only allowed for baiting.
Gravel Pit Lake has toilets, showers and water. It is possible to rent a gas fridge on site.
For landing gear: all landing nets, slings, landing mats and weighing tripods are provided on site, yours are not allowed for the safety of the water.
A boat is available on site. You can also rent a bait boat.

By coming to fish on the lake, anglers accept the following rules of procedure. Photographs taken on site may be used by the owners of the site (unless the angler requests otherwise when fishing). The owners are authorized to carry out random checks to verify compliance with the rules. An increased surveillance is made on the venue and the owners can exclude people who do not respect the rules. GoCarp and the owners of the lake are not responsible for any incident on the site (accidents, thefts...).
Only fresh Union Jack Baits boilies are allowed. These are the primary food source for the lake’s carp. Upon booking, you will receive the contact details of Cyril, the owner, to place your bait order. All other boiles are stictly forbidden on the lake (don't worry, they love them!).
