Located in the Eure, Pampou lake is a splendid 26 hectare (64 acres) gravel pit. You can come here alone, with friends, or with your family to practice this lovely passion of carp fishing.
At Pampou lake, the wild and natural environment is respected to preserve his authenticity. You will discover a green environment with wide swims for maximum fishing comfort.
This gravel pit has never been intensively fished and many carps live in this pond. There are some wonderful stocked carps.
The biggest carp to date weighs 31kg (68lbs). A 29.8kg (65lbs) mirror carp was also taken in 2019 for the last time. Koï carp as well as grass carp are also represented in Pampou lake. The carp stock still has a lot of surprises to discover.
Pampou lake offers 12 swims for 2 anglers. These swims are located all around the gravel pit, giving you the possibility to approach the pond as you wish.
In the middle of the lake, you will find two large islands.
A low density of weed beds is noticeable in the warmer months, if you wish, you can use an inflatable boat to drop off the rigs and for the battles. Of course you will need a life jacket.
It is also possible to use your own bait boat, if you want to make a discrete and precise placement of the rigs.
For your convenience, toilets are available at Pampou lake.
