Located in Vendée, Du Coeur lakes are a complex of 1.5 hectares (3.7 acres) of water. Reservations are made on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. You can fish with of up to three anglers and have access to the large pond. A maximum of 6 rods are allowed, i.e. 3 rods per angler if you are 2 or 2 rods per angler if you are 3.
Depth vary from 1.20m to 3.70m. You can fish from any of the 4 available swims, depending on your preferences.
The carp stock of the lake is important and some very nice fishes live here. The biggest carp is a mirror carp of 25kg (55lbs). When you come to fish at Du Coeur lakes, be prepared for a high productive fishing, with a good fishing strategy set up, you will be able to get many runs.
You will find a wide diversity of carp: mirror, common, zip, koi, etc.
Du Coeur lakes are very well equipped with many facilities. By booking, you will have exclusive access to the house, the sanitary facilities and the fishing lakes for up to three anglers and three non-anglers.
The 50 m² house is located in a quiet area close to all amenities. It includes a living room with a large table and seats, a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, etc....), a lounge area with a sofa bed (2 sleeps) as well as a pellet stove to warm you up if necessary.
The house also has 2 bedrooms equipped with 2 beds of 90 x 190 and 2 beds of 80 x 190 as well as a storage cupboard, a convertible sofa (2 sleeps), making a total of 6 beds. Sheets and towels are not provided.
Outside, just in front of the house, is the brand new sanitary block with shower and toilet.
This house also has a Toboggan, Trampoline and Sandpit for the children.

If you need to heat the house, the first bag of pellets is free of charge, the following ones will be sold to you for 14€ a bag on site.
If you wish, you can obtain additional services on site:
- Optional sheets: 12€ / person
- Optional charcoal bag: 17€ / bag for the BBQ.
- Toasted seeds for sale on site: 35€ per 25kg
- Pellets in 9 mm : 40€ for 25kg
Finally, an inflatable boat is available on site and is free of charge.
By fishing at the lake, all anglers agree to the following rules. Photos taken on site may be used by the lake owners for promotional purposes, unless the angler requests otherwise during their stay. The owners reserve the right to carry out random checks to ensure that all rules are being followed. The venue is monitored for everyone’s safety, and anyone failing to respect the regulations may be asked to leave. Please note that GoCarp and the lake owners cannot be held responsible for any incidents on site (accidents, theft, etc.).
