Rules of Étang de Champ Lion
General Rules
The lake is managed by the Pêcheurs Sportifs de Fougères association, and compliance with the rules is mandatory for all visitors. Fishing is strictly No-Kill, and minors must be accompanied by an adult or provide a signed consent form from their legal guardian.
Vehicles must park in designated areas and travel at a maximum speed of 15 km/h (approximately 9.3 mph) on the paths. Vehicle movement is prohibited from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Fishing swims must be kept clean, and no litter may be left on site. Freestanding barbecues and portable stoves are permitted, but ground fires are strictly forbidden.
The calm and tranquillity of the lake must be respected: excessive noise, bright lights, and overly loud bite alarms are prohibited. Swimming, inflatable or rigid boats, and damage to vegetation are forbidden. Companions (maximum two per swim) are the responsibility of the angler. Dogs are allowed provided they are kept on a lead and do not disturb other anglers.
Dry toilets must be used, and it is forbidden to discard cigarette butts, bottle caps, or any other waste in the water or on the ground. Any breach of the rules may result in immediate expulsion without refund.
Rules of fishing
Fishing is limited to 3 rods per swim, and rods must never be left unattended. Any injured fish must be treated with antiseptic, which is mandatory at every swim. Rigs must allow the lead to detach in case of breakage, and bait should be used in moderation, using only cooked seeds (no peanuts, chickpeas, or hard seeds).
Carp anglers are encouraged to wear waders when photographing their catches in the water. Fish must be returned to the water promptly after weighing and photographing. Predator fishing is prohibited, as is the use of bait rockets after nightfall.

Pêche autorisée uniquement en no–kill le jour et la nuit, pendant la période d’ ouverture, soit de la deuxième semaine de mars à la troisième semaine d’ octobre.

Bateau conseillé pour la période du 15 mai au 20 juin, les pêcheurs seront équipés obligatoirement de gilets de sauvetage, rames et/ou moteur électrique uniquement.
Toutes les graines doivent être cuites.
Bouillettes fraîches uniquement (sans conservateur), un congélateur est à disposition à cet effet.
Feux au sol strictement interdits, barbecues sur pied autorisés.
Ne pas laisser mégots de cigarettes, capsules métalliques et autres détritus sur le poste, mettre les verres dans les poubelles noires et les autres déchets dans les containers situés à l’entrée du site.
Les chiens ne sont pas autorisés sur le site, ou uniquement tenus en laisse.
Les enfants sont sous la seule responsabilité de leurs parents.
Pas de bruits excessifs ni de radios trop fortes.
Vitesse maximale autorisée de 20 km/heure sur les accès.
Le propriétaire du domaine, Carp fighter et le domaine de Saint Frambault sont dégagés de toutes responsabilités en cas d’accident, de vols ou de dégâts matériels.
Toutes les photos prises sur le site pourront être utilisées à des fins commerciales par Carpfighter.(sauf demande contraire).
Toute personne contrevenant au présent règlement sera immédiatement exclue sans remboursement.
