This lake, with a maximum depth of 3.5 meters, features a mixed bottom of mud, sand, and clay, and is supplied with spring water during the winter. A stay at Étang de la Crolée Bas allows you to enjoy unique accommodation with a 35 m² Safari Lodge tent featuring a 20 m² covered terrace with panoramic views of the lake. The tent is fully equipped, including a kitchen, private bathroom, and electricity, and offers three bedrooms with six beds, ideal for a family or group of friends. A dedicated spot for a biwy is also available for anglers. You will also have access to a boat to explore the lake and 25 kg of Particles Flakes for baiting. House Rules
Stay duration: Fishing sessions run on a weekly basis, from Saturday 1:00–3:00 PM to the following Saturday 10:00 AM–12:00 PM.
Reservations : Confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit, payable two months before the scheduled date; deposits are non-refundable less than one month prior to arrival.
Parking : Les véhicules doivent être garés sur le parking sécurisé (le domaine décline toute responsabilité en cas de vol).
Dogs : Allowed only on a leash.
Cleanliness and Site Respect: Sanitary facilities are provided; please keep them clean. Swimming, washing dishes in the lake, or damaging vegetation is prohibited. Barbecues are allowed on each fishing swim.
Discretion : Anglers must respect the tranquility of the site and avoid noise disturbances.
Waste : All waste must be disposed of in the bins located in the parking area. A €50 deposit and an ID are required upon arrival and returned after checking the cleanliness of the swim.
Responsibility: The angler is responsible for any damages; fishing is practiced at one’s own risk.
Rules of fishing
Fishing type: Strictly No Kill, with a maximum of three rods per angler.
Fishing zones : Fishing must take place only in the reserved swim; fishing in other swims or outside designated areas is prohibited.
Allowed equipment : Commercial or homemade boilies complying with French sanitary standards, cooked seeds only (tiger nuts and peanuts prohibited). Bait boats and bait rockets are allowed, with “H”-type markers for positioning.
Fish Handling: Fish must be released immediately after taking photos (preferably in the water or over a landing mat). Keep nets and keep nets in floating bags are strictly prohibited, but a floating keep sack is provided at each swim.
Mandatory equipment
Landing mat : Minimum size 1 meter.
Landing net : Suitable for large carp.
Shelters : Only bivvies allowed; tents and canopies are prohibited.
Boats : Only to be used within the reserved swim and to reach sanitary facilities; life jackets are mandatory.
Lines and rigs: Nylon 28/100 to 40/100, no braid or lead-core; rigs must allow lead release; barbless hooks only (max size #2).
Prohibited Equipment
Baits : Boilie cannons prohibited.
Lines and Rigs : Leaders and main lines in braid are strictly forbidden.
